During the consultation, they said it would become a smooth line with no protruding areas, but right after surgery, although some fat had been removed, maybe because of swelling, it wasn't exactly smooth. Even now, several months later, there is still a bit of flesh left. I don't know whether they removed too little deep cheek fat or whether it's fat, but it seems like they don't do things excessively.
