It was my first visit, and I had to fill out a questionnaire on a tablet about what direction I wanted for the surgery and things like that. It may have been formal, but since I only started going around to clinics this time, I’m not sure what other places are like, but I got the impression that they were thorough. The director kept checking the condition of my eyes, and because my eyes had loosened after buried-suture double eyelid surgery, it was good that they explained in detail why I needed an incision and the condition of my eyes. There was a same-day reservation discount, and to me the difference felt fairly significant. The consultation manager was kind.
