They consulted with me about a hump nose and a crooked nose, especially focusing on the crooked nose. I was worried because they seemed to have a tendency to perform surgery in a slightly flashy style, but they talked with me enough from the stability-oriented perspective I pursue. They also showed me similar before-and-after cases. They explained the crooked nose in detail, but since I don’t have structural knowledge, I couldn’t understand much of it haha; They seemed professional. Regarding the nasal tip, they first stated clearly that they would operate using an integrated septal support-septal extension method. I asked about nasal tip show-through, and they said it would be okay because they are skilled, so I sensed pride, but I had thought of it as a probabilistic side effect where the patient’s characteristics are also important, so my trust dropped a bit.
