I went through an acquaintance’s referral, and both the consultant and the director listened to me well without making the consultation uncomfortable, and they were kind and attentive. I also liked that they explained the surgery in detail. The parts I was worried about were the recovery period after surgery and scars at the incision sites, and they said they would suture meticulously so that swelling or scars would not be severe right after surgery. Since they talked while showing me photos of people who had the surgery, my worries went away and I trusted them, so I made a reservation before leaving!
