I think the shape has changed a lot again between the first week and now. At first, even after surgery there wasn’t a big change because of swelling, so I was just thinking, I guess that’s how it is. But as time passed, maybe the swelling inside has been going down, because the nasal tip that had looked plump has become much slimmer. Before surgery, my nose was already on the high and large side, so at the director’s recommendation I had surgery without an implant (surgery using only my own cartilage, without silicone). I chose it because they said it was safer and natural-looking, and I have absolutely no regrets. If I had used silicone on top of this, it would have looked even higher, so I think I would have regretted it.
For reference, before surgery I had had Hiko and filler, and I had them all removed 1 week before surgery, then had nose surgery. For anyone comparing things like filler with nose surgery, I really want to recommend choosing nose surgery no matter what.
