For my first facial liposuction, fat retention was really poor, so even after a second round I didn’t get much effect. At the second hospital I went to (rlyrly), they were a place that takes fat from the abdomen, but luckily the fat retention was much better than before. But they took all the fat out in the first session, and in the second session they only put in the fat that had been stored frozen, so I was worried, but it doesn’t seem to matter much for retention.
