Above all, because of the estimate, I don't think I can do it here, but.. The consultant was kind. I was absolutely in the no-implant camp, but the director strongly recommended using silicone even if only thinly, and osteotomy was essential... I didn't want to use costal cartilage from the first surgery, but they said after opening the nose, they might have to use costal cartilage If costal cartilage is used, the estimate becomes unaffordable.. Overall, it was just very different from the direction I wanted, so I passed. They have CCTV, and they said I should come the day after surgery, after 7 days, and after 2-3 weeks?
