I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, cartilage from behind the ear for the nasal tip, and hump nose correction. Somehow, I liked the shape of my nose the most when about half of the swelling had gone down. Now it feels much lower than what I wanted I think it may be because I didn't properly communicate what I wanted to the director before surgery. The nasal bridge also looks very slightly deviated to the right. I also want to reduce the nasal bulb and nasal alae a bit, so I'm considering revision surgery..!
