When I was twenty, I originally only wanted to shave down my dorsal hump and do it without an implant, but my mom said that since I was doing it anyway, I should make it higher. So I went to another clinic recommended by one of my mom’s acquaintances, had an osteotomy, and raised the bridge. For 1-2 years I lived with it somehow, but lately I really want revision surgery. I regret the osteotomy so much, and I don’t like the shape or the fact that my columella keeps gradually drooping. I don’t like any of it. It’s been five years since the surgery, and this is the first time I’ve ever had appearance-related obsessive distress like this.. I feel like I looked much, much prettier before surgery ㅠㅠㅠ sigh I really feel like you shouldn’t get cosmetic surgery when you don’t have your own firm judgment... Why did I listen to my mom? I feel so stupid..
코코코볼코 So if you get an osteotomy, the columella can droop ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Revision surgery is hard too... Are you looking into somewhere?
코코콬콬 [@코코코볼코] I’m just thinking of going back to the place where I had my first surgery.. I had my first surgery at a clinic that was already famous for revision surgery^^,, I’ll go get a consultation first, and if it doesn’t feel right, I’ll narrow down other clinics.
심심2424 During my consultations too, some clinics suggested an osteotomy and some suggested shaving it down. What is the reason you regret the osteotomy??
코코콬콬 [@심심2424] My nose wasn’t wide to begin with, and another clinic had also told me I didn’t need an osteotomy ㅠ But after the osteotomy, my nasal width became too narrow, so my face looks broad and flat, and there’s a visible boundary between the nasal bridge and the alar area. I think that’s even more noticeable because my skin is thin. And the volume in my nose disappeared, so my face became more masculine. I didn’t raise it that much, but because of the osteotomy, it’s so obvious that I had a nose job, and it makes me so mad. Unless you have a severe bulbous nose or a strong desire for your nose to become slim, you really, really need to be careful.. If you think, “Since I’m getting nose surgery anyway, might as well do an osteotomy too~” and have surgery like that, an osteotomy is something you can’t reverse after a few years..
코코콬콬 [@데미안95] No~!
모던구미호 Wow, I also didn’t plan on shaving down my dorsal hump or putting in silicone, but this is exactly like meㅜ I’m looking into revision surgery nowㅜㅜ
코코콬콬 [@모던구미호] Are you going to do it without an implant this time? I’m trying to get revision surgery tooㅠㅠ My desired look is seriously ultra-naturalist..
모던구미호 [@코코콬콬] The doctor said that because they shaved down my dorsal hump a lot, if I remove the silicone, it would look strange from the front ㅜㅜ I’m just going to change the ear cartilage and silicone…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
