I regret my nasal osteotomy so much

During my consultations too, some clinics suggested an osteotomy and some suggested shaving it down. What is the reason you regret the osteotomy??

I think that’s even more noticeable because my skin is thin. And the volume in my nose disappeared, so my face became more masculine. I didn’t raise it that much, but because of the osteotomy, it’s so obvious that I had a nose job, and it makes me so mad. Unless you have a severe bulbous nose or a strong desire for your nose to become slim, you really, really need to be careful.. If you think, “Since I’m getting nose surgery anyway, might as well do an osteotomy too~” and have surgery like that, an osteotomy is something you can’t reverse after a few years..
