From the front, I don't feel that my nose looks that small, but from the side it looks so small, almost like a completely flattened nose. So among the hospitals I went to for consultations, some said they couldn't do it because it was a difficult nose, and since there were limits to the materials that could be used, costal cartilage was essential. What I cared about most for the surgery was whether it would look natural and not obvious at all, and I was worried about that, but I think the shape turned out even better than I expected.
Everyone around me also says it turned out well, and I'm personally satisfied with the shape too. Only my nose changed, but my whole face ended up looking more glamorous lol They say the eyes and nose determine your impression, and I think that's true. I heard surgery is difficult for small noses, so I really, really worried a lot, but I'm so relieved it came out well T^T
