After a CT scan, they said my septal cartilage was insufficient and recommended costal cartilage even though it was my primary surgery, so I was taken aback. But they explained things well and listened carefully to what I wanted. The consultant was also very kind. The estimate came out way too high, so I’ve put it on hold for now, but after seeing the reviews, I’m torn because bulbous nose improvement seems to turn out well
