Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> I had revision cheekbone surgery, plus long-curve jaw surgery and cortical bone shaving. I went for a consultation for jaw surgery, but found out that my cheekbone surgery had gone wrong (nonunion and asymmetry), so I had revision cheekbone surgery at the same time. I posted my CT before, and I’m uploading photos too. (The post-op photos aren’t completely recent;; they were the most recent ones I had, so I just uploaded them. Right now my swelling is kind of in a plateau phase, and it doesn’t look very different from then, so I’m posting these.) I had the surgery at the end of March. And the cheekbone incision-line area is how it looked around one month after surgery. The incision is on the smaller side, and I think it healed pretty quickly too. I wrote this in my previous CT post too, but I really want to say that you should choose a hospital that compares pre- and post-op CT scans properly and where the doctor checks on you carefully during follow-ups. Then, I hope everyone looking into surgery or about to have surgery gets good results ^.^
