Since the whole building is the hospital, it feels clean overall. The staff at the entrance were kind. The consultation is done directly with the surgeon, but there was no separate mention of which surgeon I would be seeing, and they didn’t ask either, so I only found out once I went in (male surgeon). They explained things kindly in response to my questions and also showed photos of similar cases. There is no separate anesthesiologist; the attending doctor handles the anesthesia. The manager told me that laser care is included after surgery.
