I was scared of silicone and wanted the surgery to look natural, so I had implant-free surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. After the splint was removed, my nose looked very upturned, so I was worried, but now that the swelling is going down, I think it has improved a lot! Since I did not put in silicone and the swelling at the nasal tip has not fully gone down yet, there is not a huge effect from the front, but so far I am satisfied with the side view!
