I did alar base reduction after seeing an app event. It was 3 years ago, so I don't remember exactly, but I think it was 400,000 won at the review-condition price. They made an external incision of 4-5 mm, so at first the scar was visible, but now it barely shows. But there was no effect either ㅠㅠ Only the nostrils got smaller, and the overall size of the nose barely decreased. Since I ended up needing to do it twice, I think it would have been better to get rhinoplasty from the start.
