I had consultations at hospitals yesterday and today, and since I put down reservation deposits, I think I need to either cancel or confirm by the end of today ㅜㅜ Is there anyone here who has had double eyelid surgery at these hospitals and could share their experience?? Eye condition: a pretty extreme case (asymmetrical eyes, different eye-opening strength, etc.), consultation for a second revision surgery
1. ㅌㅇㅅ - ㅇㅈㅁ Consultation with manager - director - manager Incision method (removing two lines) + ptosis correction + fat repositioning (fat grafting), same-day reservation 3.5 million
It was my first consultation, and I was immediately drawn in after hearing them.. First of all, the director was very meticulous, and after checking my eye condition, they said they would definitely schedule my surgery as the first case of the day (probably because it needs to be done carefully). Also, they pinpointed the problems well, and there was nothing to criticize about the consultation. Perfect.. Since I have severe asymmetry, they said they would prioritize correcting the asymmetry and balance of my eyes. I think the manager was kind too? But there was a slight feeling of pressure to put down a deposit. I also liked the review photos.
But what bothers me is that it is a very large hospital (not eye-specialized), the surgeon is not the chief director, and their experience seems relatively shorter..? + I didn’t get to see many before-and-after surgery photos.

Like the reviews said, there was kind of a feeling of being scolded by the director? I guess that’s how to put it. They told me only exactly what was necessary, and the consultation was clean and straightforward. They said they would correct the asymmetry + create the line I want? First of all, this person is the chief director, their experience seems trustworthy, and they showed me many before-and-after surgery photos of eyes similar to mine. I could feel that the manager was really proud of the director’s skills haha. It felt like at least if I do it here, it won’t turn out badly.. + eye-specialized
But the price difference is fairly big, and when I was consulting with the manager, they said the director does an average of 4-5 surgeries a day.. Also, at ㅌㅇㅅ, they first offered to do my surgery as the first case of the day and seemed to be speaking with my eye condition in mind, but at ㅇㅁㄹ, they said the first surgery slot would be difficult schedule-wise and that they would make me the second case. So I wondered, will they really examine my eyes carefully?
Actually, neither of them is a one-person eye-specialized clinic, but considering the review photos, consultation, and community reviews, I think these two seem the best! If anyone has had surgery for extreme eyes, please share your experience!! (Even if it wasn’t extreme eyes, revision surgery or first surgery, it doesn’t matter. Good or bad reviews are all fine, so I’d appreciate it if you shared.)
