I do not recommend it. My eyes were gentle-looking with existing buried double eyelid sutures,
but it wasn't the in-out line I wanted, and I'm living with asymmetry.
As soon as I came out after surgery, I looked in the mirror and thought it was ruined, and even now, 6 years later, I'm dissatisfied.
One side is an inline fold and the other side is an outline fold. On top of that, they added eyelid fat that I didn't even want, so my already puffy eyes became even puffier,
It was the complete opposite of the image I wanted. I don't think I was a good match with the doctor.
My impression changed, and when I asked them to extend the incision line a bit longer, they refused, saying it would make me look like an older lady.
Even now I want it extended longer. It makes me want to curse.
