Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Day 7 after revision rhinoplasty, splint removal

After 10 years with nasal silicone and ear cartilage, I developed inflammation and contracture, so I had surgery to remove everything a week ago.

During the removal, I had surgery using functional rib cartilage for the columella + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + AlloDerm.

I had my splint removed today, and I honestly want to die..

I don’t know if it’s because they put in AlloDerm, but as you can see in the photo, I have a hooked, bulbous nose like an old witch.. Even if I consider the bulbous tip swelling.. what should I do about the nasal bridge being crooked and becoming hooked?

The clinic says the AlloDerm inserted in the nasal tip area will be absorbed and that the nose line will become smooth in a month. Can I trust that?

Also, the incision area from the open approach on my right nostril has raised, bumpy tissue, I don’t know if it’s scar tissue or what, to the point that it’s visible even from the front.. The left nostril was incised on the inside, so the surgical mark isn’t very visible, but the right side is visible even from the front, and from the side it looks completely bumpy, like there’s a booger there ㅠㅠ

Do I have to open it up and have another revision surgery again.. Why does this always happen only to me whenever I have surgery ㅠㅠ
