Since my first surgery, the inflammation has been recurring, and each time I took medication and it did get better, but for some reason I’m anxious that it might suddenly turn into contracture, so I want to remove the silicone But I can’t give up on the shape, so just removing it doesn’t feel quite right either, so I’m torn. I’ve decided to give up my desire for a dramatic nose For now, silicone removal is definite, and I’m planning to decide about revision surgery after consultations. Would it be okay to go to the “top three for removal” or places that are mentioned together with them? I don’t think places that are famous only for focusing too much on shape would be right for me
