From the consultation, they carefully looked at the line I wanted and seemed to try to reflect the patient’s opinions a lot. The consultation manager also answered questions well, and overall I was highly satisfied with the consultation, but the price was on the expensive side and the wait for the consultation was very long (it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes total including waiting and consultation).
