On day 1 after surgery, I ordered porridge from a delivery app, and I intentionally ordered several at once because I had to eat like this for a week. I tried to order ones with as few solid ingredients as possible, but it was still hard to swallow them like water On the first day, I ate plain white porridge with just a tiny dab of the seasoning from squid jeotgal I ate almost the same on the second day too. On the third day, I heard Vono was good, so I immediately bought every kind. Cheddar cheese is my style haha On the morning of day 3, I finally took off the bandage and wore the compression band for the first time, and I thought I looked like a monkey They said it’s good to repeat wearing the compression band for one hour at a time, 2-3 times a day in the beginning, so I followed the timing and number of times exactly. Even though I barely have bruising or swelling, the swelling has moved down toward the area around my mouth and the front cheek area; I think this is very good for day 3 after surgery, so I’m trying to take even better care of myself haha Today I’m going to try making potato salad hahaha Mash it completely, add mayonnaise, and mix it up! I did get a slightly sensitive, aching feeling in my upper teeth, but it comes and goes briefly, so I’m not paying too much attention to it. I thought that after surgery my worries would be huge and the pain would be huge too, but I’m much more fine than expected, so I want to hurry up and go out
