Three and a half months since nose surgery. Hump nose, deviated nose, almost no glabellar nasal bridge before surgery / silicone 3.2 mm (the doctor suggested 3.5, but I said I hated the chalk-nose look and asked them to lower it as much as possible) Septal cartilage / ear cartilage
I got past the mentally rough period when I was depressed every day and kept taking photos, and this is how I look recently, now that I have entered a stable phase.. My nose still feels tight when I smile. I am very careful about external impact, and the same goes when putting on and taking off clothes. I wonder how long this will continue.... meaning, when will it start to feel like my own nose... They say residual swelling lasts up to six months. My glabellar nasal bridge was originally extremely low, so I raised it. The area below the glabella was relatively high. In other words, I had no nasal bridge at all at the glabella, and then the bridge suddenly rose from below the glabella, so it was a strange-looking nose. Also a deviated hump nose. I was anxious that my eyes might look close together because my glabella is narrow, so I used a low silicone implant (3.2 mm), but now that the swelling has gone down, I wonder if I should have raised the glabellar area 1 mm more and lowered the area from below the glabella toward the nasal ala by 1 mm. Because the nose suddenly becomes sharper from the glabellar height toward the area below it and the cheek side... it also looks a bit like Pinocchio... Please give me advice. Your honest impression.
