Nose surgery (permanent filler removal, ear cartilage, nostril reduction, nasal tip)

Before <photo before surgery> After <photo from day 1 after surgery> First of all, the reason I decided to have nose surgery was that my nasal bridge was originally low, my nostrils were very visible, and when I smiled, my nostrils looked widely spread out, which I personally really disliked. So for several years, I had been getting nose filler periodically. Then, while I was seriously considering surgery, I got a recommendation from an acquaintance, had a consultation, scheduled the surgery right away, and went through with it~ The cost was a bit burdensome, but I trusted them and proceeded, thinking they were skilled and that it would be worth the price. First, they said the filler I had received was not the kind that dissolves with an injection, so it had to be removed by scraping it out. They explained that they would remove the permanent filler, that they could not raise the bridge more and would match it to the side forehead line, and that it could even become lower than now. They said they would use silicone and harvested ear cartilage, and proceeded in the direction of nostril reduction and lifting the nasal tip~ An acquaintance had gotten nose surgery here and said it did not hurt at all, so I was not nervous at all. Since I would be under sedation anesthesia, I think I stayed relaxed and got through the surgery safely~ But I was worried about swelling afterward. I tend to swell easily even normally... They set aside a generous 3 hours for the surgery, but it ended faster than expected. About two and a half hours? I was not dizzy, my throat was a bit dry, and I had a little pain under the nostril area, so after taking one Tylenol, it felt sore and heavy, but it was tolerable. I lay in the recovery room and they applied an ice pack for me; after I came to my senses a bit, I went straight home. Based on my surgery experience, all the staff were kind, and until the stitches were removed, I went every day so they could check the wound and disinfect it, and they always told me the precautions, so I was satisfied with everything. All I wanted was for the swelling and bruising to go down quickly, to remove the splint, get the stitches out, and breathe through my nose soon~ I am so excited to see how it will look!!!^^
