I had nose surgery with a custom implant. I had been thinking about having nose surgery with an implant for a long time, but these days so many people get nose surgery with implants that I thought they would all look similar, and then it might look obvious that I had surgery, so I only kept worrying about it. But here, they said they would make a custom one fitted to my original nose, so I had the surgery. Since it was made custom before proceeding, it did take some time until the surgery, but after the surgery, once all the swelling and bruising went away, the shape looked natural People around me wouldn’t know I had nose surgery unless I told them, and even to me, it feels like my original nose just got a bit upgraded, so I’m satisfied.
