This is a review of my first nose surgery after 7 years, before getting revision surgery at another clinic. At the time, because of my hump nose, I had osteotomy, septal cartilage use, and silicone implant placement. It looked so natural that I was disappointed as soon as the splint came off, but I think I was disappointed because my nasal bridge was already on the higher side. Rather, as time passed, I came to realize that looking natural was pretty. If there was a downside, it was just that nasal tip drooping came too quickly, so that prettiness did not last long. Other than that, I managed fairly well until year 7. There were no side effects at all. It’s just that as time passed, the nasal tip drooping and my glabella/nasal bridge being a bit lower would have been better (I originally had a straight nose), and that dissatisfaction became the reason I decided on revision surgery after 7 years.
