<Consultation review> - The order was consultant > director, and the wait was very short. - I had consultations at other places too, but they were all factory-style, and Custom is a one-doctor clinic, so I felt reassured and chose this place. (Deposit 100,000 KRW)
<Surgery review> - My surgery was at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and I was told to arrive by 9:40. Everything proceeded promptly without much waiting. (There was a little wait before the consultation.) - I estimate the surgery took about 2 and a half hours. (10:30 ~ 13:00) - Before surgery, the director carefully designed it using a ruler and a skewer? and so on. - From the surgery itself to afterward and even suture removal, everything finished well without any major pain. - Right after surgery, I was surprised because the swelling and bruising were very severe, but they gradually decreased over time, and even now on day 8 there is still a little swelling and bruising. - Even without much explanation, the director improved my biggest concerns, which were my upturned eyes and small, closed-looking eyes, in a fitting way.
<Points I was satisfied with> - The clinic overall is very clean and there is no waiting. - The director designs meticulously, and even without explaining much about what I wanted, performed the surgery well so it suited me. - Suture removal did not hurt. (Could vary by person.) - After surgery, they gave me saline to spray whenever I couldn't open my eyes in the morning.
<Points that were disappointing> - During surgery, I heard a few things that sounded like someone scolding a nurse who seemed to be foreign, which made me uncomfortable. - Overall, I was disappointed that they did not give detailed explanations. (e.g. how the design was done, how to manage scars after suture removal,,)
