Before <Before surgery><Evening of the day><Day 4, swelling at its peak, bruised down to the neck ㅠㅠ><Day 8> It's been 8 days since I had square jaw and chin surgery. I'm happy because so much swelling has gone down. Now I think it's a battle with the bruising. I took the photo with makeup on, so it looks like there isn't any bruising, but if I don't cover it with makeup, the bruising is so bad I can't show my face ㅋㅋㅋ I thought I was on the less-swollen side, but because they did a lot of muscle resection, the clinic said I'm not swelling a little and not swelling a lot either, kind of average ㅋㅋㅋ I also got my stitches removed, so I'm eating a bit more freely, but if I chew thoroughly even a little, my temporomandibular joint hurts so much ㅠㅠ I originally had slight asymmetry and was someone whose TMJ sometimes hurt, so I thought it might hurt, but even though it's brief, it really hurts enough to bring tears to my eyes.. If your TMJ isn't good, please think carefully before doing it.. They told me to practice opening my mouth a lot, so I did, and now even if I put my thumb in upright, it goes in easily. There isn't pain when opening it. The sensation in my chin was extremely dull, but I think it's recovering quickly. It's coming back day by day!
