A lot of my friends around me had double eyelid surgery, so I ended up getting surgery too. My eyes were the type where a double eyelid would form if I really strained them, but because I kept frowning, I started getting headaches and the wrinkles that kept forming between my eyebrows bothered me, so I got the surgeryㅠ
Right after surgery, my eyes were so swollen that I was really shocked, but I don’t think the swelling lasted that long. They said it differs from person to person~! For me, the swelling on the right side especially lasted a little longer.
At 3 weeks, I started wearing a little makeup, and because my eyesight is bad, I couldn’t hold back and wore contact lenses early tooㅠ Around one month, I think almost all the swelling and bruising had gone down. Until then, the epicanthoplasty scar bothered me a bit, but around 2 months it became more natural. I feel like my makeup looks lighter too, and I’m living satisfied!! It’ll become even more natural as time passes, right?
