2 years ago, not knowing anything, I lay down on the operating table under general anesthesia. I wish I could turn back time to then... For my first surgery, I paid over 3 million won in cash, and I had it done by one of the head directors. He was one of the hospital’s top two directors, and I got tempted by the app reviews for no good reason... It really was my fault for doing it without knowing anything.
They made my nose blunt and bulbous, so when I went back and carefully talked about it, he said, “Are you acting like this because the nose you wanted didn’t come out?” and “Don’t you realize it’s higher than your original nose?” I’m exhausted even trying to write it all in detail at length. It really was one-sided personal attacks..ㅜ I wasn’t talking about the height.. Compared with before surgery, my nasal tip is actually more blunt, and it looks like something is inside my nose, like a jar shape. Seriously, don’t go to a large hospital. My surgery day was Christmas Eve, and that day I recovered lying on the operating table, without even a recovery room.. Next to me, a man who seemed to have had two-jaw surgery or facial contouring was not fully awake from anesthesia, gasping for breath, crying while hitting the operating table with his arm. No one controlled or comforted him. Saying he was just neglected is exactly right.. Calling it a factory is truly accurate...
Even if you feel a bit anxious, please avoid large hospitals. I’m begging you. I joined this community to seriously look into revision surgery. I hope my review helps someone..

When I had my natural nose, I was in high school, so I didn’t have many photos clearly showing nose height and shadows, so I uploaded the most accurate photo. After surgery, the nose height was fine even without Photoshop, but because of the nasal tip, it would sometimes stand out like a jar in photos, so I kept deleting, deleting again, and editing themㅜㅜ
Anyone can see the nasal tip looks like a lump is attached to it, like a jar shape... ha ㅜ No one knows I had surgery. Not only do they not know, but isn’t it bad enough for people to point out that I had a nose job...?ㅎ..
What makes me the angriest is this. I can endure everything else, but breathing is really so hard. Today I went for a consultation at another hospital, and they said my nose was already small to begin with, but they forcibly harvested septal cartilage from that small nose and extended it, so the length is short, which is why it probably came out more blunt and unsatisfactory. + As cartilage was added, the breathing passage narrowed. So I breathe almost only through one nostril, and my airway doesn’t open well, so my breathing volume is insufficient, and I get headaches more often than before surgery..
Let’s all make sure to visit consultations carefully and escape this hell togetherㅜㅜ
