First, they showed me an expected post-rhinoplasty look using Photoshop, so it felt kind of fascinating and like they were really taking a good look at things. With the consultant’s way with words and after worrying about it, I ended up putting down a deposit.. It’s my first rhinoplasty, so I’m debating whether I should do it. Can I get it done in one go They’ll be using silicone, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage, and I want to finish it all at once, but I’m scared.
