They said if I used a straw before removing the stitches, they could burst from the pressure, but I just started using one freely from three days before.. About two spots were buried, so they said I could have had them removed a bit earlier. Removing the stitches didn’t hurt, and they said a few had dissolved and fallen out. They say taking out buried ones hurts, but it just felt like picking at a hangnail. They said it might bleed for a day or two, but it didn’t.

The major swelling is only left in the lower area, so last week I said it felt a bit like I had candy in my mouth, but an older guy I know who saw me yesterday said my impression had softened.
The director told me that for my lower jaw, it was between a ㅅ-shaped osteotomy and a T-shaped osteotomy. When I asked, “What face shape will I have once all this swelling goes down?” he answered, “It won’t be a sharply V-line face, but probably round + slim; I’m curious too...” He hit me with the facts.
When I wake up, except for this side <<<, this side >> has almost no swelling. I’m wearing the compression band for 30 minutes whenever I have time. I also use ice packs.
I drank two boxes of pumpkin juice, but taking a 20-minute walk worked faster...? ....
Oh, I work on shoots, and the photographers said, “You’re prettier than in the photos,” and “You look young,” so I answered, “That’s because I spent a lot of money” lol They guessed my age as 10 years younger than my maximum ageㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Now I don’t cough up bloody phlegm at all, and I eat things like a soft egg sandwich (I can only eat one side), steamed eggs, or rice only soaked in water^^

The hardest part is not drinkingㅠ They said I could drink alcohol at the one-month mark, but I only got permission for about one can of beer.. Also, about a week after surgery, my heated mattress turned off while I was sleeping once, and I immediately caught a cold. Your immunity drops a lot. And I’m the only one who feels extremely cold ㅠㅠㅠ Please take good care of your bodyㅜ
+ Oh, and they do swelling care and apply basic skincare at the end, so people with sensitive skin, please be careful. I have sensitive skin, so I only use dermatology clinic cosmetics, but after receiving their basic skincare there, my skin completely broke outㅠㅠ I couldn’t even get extractions.. ㅜㅠ Check what products they use. Next time, I’m going to bring my own and ask them to apply it..
