Triangular eye after incisional ptosis correction

<Please just look at the eye on the right side in the photo ㅠㅠ Does the triangular shape mean I need revision surgery? ㅠㅠ If anyone had it disappear as the swelling went down, please let me know ..><Ha, when I zoom in it stands out even more, what do I do? I really messed this up, right? Ha ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ> I’ll write in a clipped style, sorry ㅠㅠ

December 14 First surgery on both eyes Because my eyes didn’t open well, I had ptosis correction, upper epicanthoplasty, and incisional surgery

December 21 After removing the stitches, at the director’s recommendation, only for my left eye (the right eye in the photo), they said the ptosis correction seemed a bit insufficient, so at the doctor’s recommendation I scheduled revision surgery

December 28 (today) I had surgery around the morning, only on my left eye, and came home, but the eye that had revision surgery looks so triangular that I’m worried.. Can this happen before the swelling goes down?? I’m so worried I can’t even sleep .. When I look upward, the triangular shape is really obvious, and I wonder if this is because with the ptosis correction, only that upper triangular part of the muscle was pulled too much ㅠ What should I do? Please look at the photo ㅠㅠ
