Before<Before surgery><1 week after surgery><2 months after surgery><Recent>I'm writing a review as I'm approaching 7 months since having 3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones & V-line) at the end of March this year.
As you can tell from my pre-op photos, the contour of my cheekbones caused me so much stress. If they were protruding enough to create shadows when taking photos... you can roughly imagine how prominent my cheekbones were, right?ㅠㅠ My square jaw wasn't a huge complex for me, but it wasn't a V-line either. My front chin was also large and broadly developed bone structureㅠㅠ so I've lived with a lot of stress about my face shape since I was young.
Honestly, I wanted to get facial contouring surgery as soon as I graduated high school, but back then the cost was an issue and I was too scared... so I hesitated, then finally went for it this year. I researched contouring clinics online and in person so hard that it stressed me out, so after surgery I actually felt relieved lol I kept organizing my list, searched for tons of reviews online, and looked up blacklists on Googleㅠㅠ Facial contouring is an especially major surgery, so I think I obsessively looked for clinics because I kept thinking that if something went wrong, it couldn't be undone.
Thankfully, I'm now 7 months post-op and I don't have side effects like difficulty opening my mouth, pain, or reduced sensation. The surgery turned out really natural, just like I wanted, so I'm satisfied! I spent a huge amount of money though.. haha As I was too, I'm sure many people are worried because facial contouring is such a major surgery.
