I'm considering a third revision surgery, and the reasons for revision are nostril asymmetry, a crooked columella, and severe nostril show.
The clinic I'm thinking of going to is SG, but after carefully reading posts in this community, apparently they don't have CT? Can they accurately check the condition of my nose without CT? I'd like everyone's opinions on whether I should rule out places without CT.
Their expertise seems questionable... let's rule them out.

I think I would rule them out... With CT, they can check things like the septum and the shape of the nose..

It wasn't that clinic, I had it done somewhere else, but even without CT the surgery did turn out well. They said things like septal strength can only be known after opening it up.

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
