I had surgery on Tuesday, had the cotton removed on Thursday, and they told me to start rinsing my nose with saline right away, but I’m scared because doing it after just 3 days feels too soon ㅠ In other reviews, people said they did it after a month had passed.. When did you all start nasal irrigation??
