Since it's an eye-specialty hospital, I went in with high expectations, but it was just so-so.. They said I needed ptosis correction, so I asked, Do my eyes look sleepy? and they said not exactly, that it was ambiguous.. They said fat grafting above the eyes was needed to improve the multiple eyelid folds, so I asked, Are my eyes very sunken? and they said that was ambiguous too,, This kind of consultation wasn't my style. When I consulted with the manager again, I said I was worried about side effects from ptosis correction, and she acted like lagophthalmos was no big deal? saying, It seems like you already can't close your eyes well when you sleep? But when I said I sleep with my eyes closed just fine, she seemed flustered. In many ways, it was a strange consultation..
