After first seeing the consultant, I discussed the desired crease line with the director, and they said that if I wanted a semi-out line, I absolutely had to have an epicanthoplasty. Other clinics did not recommend it because the distance between my eyes is narrow. This clinic also recommended ptosis correction and kept adding procedures one by one. Just in case, I asked about a lateral canthoplasty, and after touching my eyes, they said it would be okay to do it. Every other place said it would be too much and told me not to do it. I could tell the consultant kept shaving a little off the price and trying to get me to make a reservation to make money.
