For my first nose surgery, I only had the nasal tip done, but it was barely noticeable, so I put in silicone and had revision surgery. Then I had complications from the silicone, so I endured for literally months while taking antibiotics, but the nasal swelling and heat sensation wouldn’t go down, so in the end I only had the silicone removed. At that time, I should have had the nasal tip cartilage removed too, but because only the silicone was removed, as time passed my nose got shorter and upturned. Eventually, at AND, I only lowered the nasal tip again to correct the upturned appearance, and there is nothing in my nasal bridge. Anyway, if silicone suits you well, that’s a blessingㅠ
