They said they’d do the surgery with silicone and repositioning the tip cartilage, and they quoted 2.7 million, so I was shocked... But I had surgery at another hospital and it came out natural, so I didn’t have the tip cartilage added, and that was close.. But from what I hear, there are a lot of people who later regret it because it looks too natural.
