First of all, my eyes had a lot of fat, were completely monolids, and didn’t need lateral canthoplasty. The distance between my eyes and eyebrows was close. Clinic A recommended non-incisional surgery and ptosis correction. Clinic B was factory-style; they said definitely incisional surgery, with ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty as optional. Clinic C recommended incisional surgery + epicanthoplasty (it seemed like they had a special technique)
