After removing the splint, because of swelling, it looked like an Avatar nose and a witch nose, but as time passes, I can feel the swelling going down!
I had surgery at ㅊㄴㅈ Plastic Surgery, and I had the nasal bridge (silicone), nasal tip (septal cartilage), bulbous nose correction, and alar reduction done haha.
The reason I chose this clinic was,,! The consultation was so thorough and I liked it. Other clinics were full of customers as soon as I walked in, and the consultation was 30 minutes at most, but here I had a consultation for about an hour, and the director explained everything in great detail, starting from the nasal structure to the surgical method! The consultants also treated me so well, like an older sister and mom, so I felt, ‘Ah, if it’s this clinic, even if side effects occur, they’ll take responsibility until the end’! The aftercare is also so good, and they take good care of each patient individually~
There was basically no swelling from the day of surgery, and it swelled a little on the day I went to have the stitches removed! From that evening on, there was no swelling again.
They put 4.5 mm silicone in my nasal bridge, but since they insert it to fit my nose during surgery, they didn’t tell me the exact millimeters beforehand! Before surgery, they asked about reference photos and the style I wanted!
I think this clinic’s style is not excessive but definitely corrective! If you want a flashy look, I’ll recommend another clinic.
The director said that skin thickness and the degree of stretch vary from person to person, and if you make it too flashy, even if satisfaction is high right after surgery, over time the skin weakens and the silicone may show through, etc., and eventually side effects can occur! He said it’s safest to have surgery appropriately for each individual, and hearing that made me think a hundred times that I did well choosing this clinic,,♡
After removing the splint, I also got sebum care, and the next week I visited again to check the progress! When I said the swelling seemed severe on the upper part of the nasal tip, they gave me a swelling injection(?) haha. They also removed nasal crusts, and I’m scheduled to visit again in 2 weeks. Even after surgery, I don’t know how many times I saw the director lol. Even during disinfection, the director came by in between to check on me, examined me personally, and it felt so reassuringㅠㅠㅠㅠ♡ Thank you :)
They say nasal swelling can last even 3 to 6 months, so I’m really looking forward to it! If you want a natural but definite correction, I really highly recommend this clinic! My boyfriend and parents saw my nose and were full of compliments, saying I look like a different person and that the nose really is important, etc. haha. For reference, my parents were the type who strongly opposed it at first!
Even when I do makeup, before contouring my nose, it looks more defined and prettier than my contoured nose before surgeryㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I’m touched,,,,♡ I think I did well getting the surgery!ㅎㅎㅎ
