Different inner corners after revision eyelid surgery

Around July last year, I had revision surgery with an incisional method and also had ptosis correction done at the same time. The inner corner of my left eye was too short and tucked in, so around February 2024, I had only the inner corner revised as an after-service correction. But even looking at it now, the left inner corner is still short compared with the right eye, and just looking at the length of the surgical scar, the left side is much shorter. For ptosis correction too, I’m using my eyebrow quite a bit on the left eye. Since the after-service period has passed, they probably won’t operate again, right?? Should I think of this as something unavoidable because my eye lengths are different, and just let this much slide?
