My nostrils have always been extremely wide, which was my biggest complex. I was afraid of surgery, and while searching I discovered a procedure called Slenko. I had it at [Clinic A], where they said it was two to three times more effective than nose-sculpting. I only half believed them and went anyway. The consultation manager looked at my nose and said, “Ah...” She said three injections are standard, but I might need more to see an effect. lol They applied numbing cream, and it felt hot and strange. The procedure ended in about two minutes. It hurt quite a lot, but it was over quickly, so I think it was manageable. It has only been two days, so writing a review feels meaningless, but once the swelling went down, it definitely became a little softer. lol Oh, they also said that if the tip of the nose rises, it can have a nostril-reduction effect. I was bewildered because they kept recommending tip surgery throughout the procedure. This is a dermatology clinic, after all.
