Nose Re-Surgery

Would it be better to look into nasal implant removal and removal plus revision separately?

It hasn’t been extremely long since my rhinoplasty, but it hasn’t been a short time either. If the things I thought were just swelling at first still feel the same now, I’m starting to think the silicone implant may have been inserted too high. Since I often get headaches and a pulling sensation after surgery, I’m also wondering whether it might be caused by one of the materials used I looked into it a little, and it seems difficult to expect clinics specializing only in implant removal to also leave the nose looking beautiful after removal. Clinics specializing in both removal and revision seem to be able to perform the revision as well and adjust the shape nicely, so I’m looking into them separately. There don’t seem to be that many clinics, so I’m thinking of visiting every one I find for consultations As I searched first for doctors who frequently specialize in removal or revision, there seem to be only a few clinics that stand out... For now, would it be better to divide it up this way and get consultations? I don’t know whether this is capsular contracture, but I considered removal because the pain makes me so anxious that it wouldn’t be surprising if contracture developed if things stayed this way
