Breast Surgery Reviews

10 years after breast surgery: would you recommend it or not?

I developed capsular contracture on one side immediately after surgery. They kindly performed revision surgery for free right away. That part was good, but the drawback is that the implant settled below the lower incision line (scar line), so the incision is between the inframammary line and the nipple. Looking back, this seems like bottoming out—why didn't the doctor notice? At the time, I asked, “Why is the incision here?” and they just said, “I know, right?”

Now the height and position differ on both sides, although they say it is not contracture. I need correction of the height and position. As for the implant texture, one side is soft and the other is hard. I think it may be due to a difference in the available space rather than the implants themselves (my opinion).

I do recommend it. However, if your body is suitable for smooth implants, I strongly recommend smooth implants without hesitation.
