조아라~조아라~ If you are in Incheon, wouldn’t it still be okay? People even come from really far-down provincial areas to do consultation tours. Honestly, after eye surgery you do not have to go to the clinic that often, so I think doing it in Seoul would be better. I made a consultation appointment at ㅊㅇ too because they specialize in eye revision surgery. Look into ㅌㅇㅅ and ㄹㄹ too as eye revision specialists
