It’s been 4 months since my first nose surgery. Does it look good? I had correction of a short nose and small nose, correction of a hump and deviated nose, and columella lowering. My philtrum area originally protruded, so they also did paranasal augmentation together (I had orthodontic treatment for 8 years, but people always told me my mouth protruded). Other hospitals said paranasal augmentation would require silicone? but They did it without any foreign material
