The consultant manager and director were really kind. They explained almost everything, but I’m the type who has a lot more questions, and when they seemed about to leave, I was disappointed I couldn’t ask more. The wait was about 30 minutes..? The consultation was also very professional, and they suggested doing surgery with a method that wasn’t what I had been thinking of until now, so I think I need to think about it a bit The line was also okay okay
