When I had my first surgery, I asked them to make it look natural, and it really ended up thin like an inner double eyelid and felt buried in the skin, so I’m choosing a hospital for revision surgery. I wanted glamorous eyes, but they said because my eyebrows are too close to my eyes, an in-out line is the maximum possible. They said we should make the line only slightly higher than now and enlarge the eyes with canthoplasty. There was no pressure to have surgery, and they seemed like the type to recommend only what’s needed. I like the line shape they held for me, but I’ll also visit hospitals that set the line higher before deciding.
