This was something I had been worried about even before the procedure, and sure enough, it feels like it went badly. One side looks sunken, and I can see a hollow under my eye. They told me to come back 3 weeks after the procedure to check the progress, but I'm seriously worried whether I need fat grafting for this. I went through with it after finally making up my mind, thinking surely it wouldn't happen, but I can't believe it happened to me. I can write off the money as lost, but what am I supposed to do about the traces this procedure left behind? Lower eyelid fat repositioning is not something to do lightly.
